FCC Forfeiture amounts for violations. *Statutory maximum amounts revised upwards in June, 2004 and again in 2006.. Most amounts shown below may be revised significantly upward based on egregiousness of the particular violation, whether harm was done, or if repeated or willful. The statutory maximum of $32,500 per occurrence or per day, $325,000 maximum can be applied to forfeitures shown below.
